Terms and Conditions for Christmas Quickie Boudoir Shoots with Diosa Boudoir:
Payment and Product Delivery:
- Products, including digital files and prints, will be delivered upon receipt of full payment.
- No partial deliveries will be made; the entire payment must be received before any products are released.
Hair Styling:
- Hair styling is not included in the Christmas Quickie Boudoir Shoot session. Clients are responsible for their own hair preparation before the session.
Exclusive Offer:
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers provided by Diosa Boudoir.
Photographer Assignment:
- The Holiday Quickie Boudoir sessions will be photographed by our associate photographer, Sarah. Clients acknowledge and agree to have their session conducted by Sarah.
Punctuality:
- Sessions must start on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late, Diosa Boudoir reserves the right to reschedule the session at the discretion of the photographer.
Rescheduling:
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergency, Diosa Boudoir may consider rescheduling or providing a credit for future services.
Privacy:
- Diosa Boudoir respects client privacy and will not share or sell any personal information obtained during the session.
